The truth is closing in on Bush

Former press secretary Scott McClellan, concerning the treasonous outing of covert CIA operative Valerie Plame:

"I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the Vice President, the President's chief of staff, and the President himself."

From Robert Parry: Bush's Plame-Gate Coverup

"... McClellan has become the first White House insider to acknowledge the original lies that senior administration told about the Plame-gate affair - and to put the President in the middle of the cover-up."

Here's a reminder that
Outing Plame was Much More than Political Revenge
