The power of water

Masaru Emoto has performed many studies on the power of water to visibly manifest human thought or intention. If you think about it, most religions and cultural traditions have some equivalent to "holy water." Mr. Emoto has conducted studies where he studied water that had been blessed or labeled with positive words had the ability to form beautiful crystals, but polluted, microwaved, or negatively labeled water did not have that ability. He photographed the results and published them in books like the Hidden Messages in Water. There are plenty of youtube clips online that try to reproduce the spirit of his results -- here's a neat one involving 30-day old cooked rice! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjfN3K_v1uY

What I'm getting at is that thoughts and intentions manifest vibration, and water is an excellent carrier for these vibrations. This might be too esoteric for some to believe, but I know it to be a fact. Science shows us the brain emits electromagnetic waves. Is it much of a stretch to think these waves can affect how water crystallizes?

There's a reason people all over the world, of every different race and religion, bless their food. It actually makes the food healthier. People all over the world, from the Hindus of the Ganges to the Catholics at Lourdes, believe in the spiritual healing properties of water. Can we heal unhealthy water with our own thoughts and intentions? I think so. Here's a group from New Zealand doing a water blessing ceremony.

Anyway, here's what Mr. Emoto says about the recent oil "spill":

let’s give energy of love and gratitude to all the living creatures in Mexico Gulf by praying like this.

To whales, dolphins, pelicans, fishes, shellfishes, planktons, corals, algae and all creatures ion Gulf of Mexico

I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Jody,

Thank you for this message about water as a vector for the energy of our thoughts and emotions. I love Mararu Emoto's prayer for the wildlife of the oceans, and will probably be repeating over and over again. I've never asked to be forgiven for anything this huge. Tears well up.
