On this date, 44 years ago, the USS Liberty was attacked by her supposed ally, Israel. 34 American crewmen died and 174 were wounded. This was no mistake. Only a miracle of God and the actions of a few brave men kept that boat afloat -- surviving what was an obvious false-flag attack to drag the US into a war with Egypt.
